Who we are
PermiPro began when two friends had a straightforward question during a conversation about the housing crisis:
“If we need more homes built, why are permits still so slow?”
That question turned into a company focused on building technology that helps cities move faster, reduce delays, and unlock development capacity. Our team brings experience from construction, law, software engineering, finance, and municipal operations. We understand the challenges cities face because we've seen them from multiple angles.

We provide a modern permit management system that replaces outdated tools, manual reviews, and email-based workflows. PermiPro streamlines intake, review, and approvals so municipalities can:
