PermiPro Bylaw Assistant

Our biggest upcoming project is in development: an English/French bylaw assistant with cited answers, city-branded public chat, private contractor workspaces and municipal source-review tools. The first planned demonstration focuses on Ottawa and is independent of the City. Public launch is still ahead.

    Municipal permit PDFs and emails, designed by your team

    Municipal teams can design permit PDFs, customize issuance emails and issue approved, paid applications. Published templates and issued records keep each document traceable.

    • Design PDF layouts or use a municipal PDF background, with application fields and logos
    • Preview editable samples, optional details and conditional wording in PDFs and issuance emails
    • Publish template versions by application type and language; staff check approval and confirmed payment before issuing
    • Preserve the issued record and prepared document; amendments and renewals remain future work

    From the inspection request to the follow-up visit

    The inspection add-on connects application-linked requests, inspector schedules, site evidence and follow-up in the same workspace.

    • Request inspections from the application and confirm appointments with an assigned inspector
    • Use day and week views to open site addresses, contact details and directions
    • Record findings, photos and code references, then carry unresolved deficiencies into repeat visits

    We have updated sign-in so you can return to your work with fewer interruptions, while keeping your existing account and password.

    • Stay signed in for up to seven days, with more time added as you keep using PermiPro
    • Municipal staff can use their Microsoft work account once their municipality connects it
    • Keep your current roles, access and extra sign-in verification

    Teams with Municipal AI enabled can request help reviewing an application, its supporting documents and relevant municipal guidance. Staff stay in control of every decision.
